आप जो लिखते हैं वह आपके फ़ोन पर ही रहता है। ऑर्डर का बटन दबाने से पहले हमारे पास कुछ नहीं आता।

ऑर्डर के समय हम क्या लेते हैं

• दुल्हन और दूल्हे के नाम, तारीख़, समय, जगह, मेज़बानों के नाम
• वीडियो भेजने के लिए email
• भाषा और डिज़ाइन की पसंद, और आपकी सहमति का समय

फ़ोटो नहीं लेते।

किस काम के लिए

आपका वीडियो बनाने, भेजने, ठीक करने और refund के लिए। Marketing मैसेज नहीं भेजते।

कौन देखता है

• Cloudflare: वेबसाइट और ऑर्डर यहीं रखे जाते हैं।
• Razorpay: पेमेंट लेता है। वह अपने पेज पर email और फ़ोन माँगता है और अपने नियमों से उन्हें रखता है। कार्ड या UPI की जानकारी हमारे पास नहीं आती।
• Google (Gmail): आपका वीडियो email से इसी के ज़रिए भेजा जाता है।
• AI सेवा: जो सॉफ़्टवेयर ऑर्डर संभालता है, उसे ऑर्डर का विवरण दिखता है।

कब तक रखते हैं

जिन ऑर्डर का पेमेंट नहीं हुआ, वे 48 घंटे में मिट जाते हैं। पेमेंट हो चुके ऑर्डर की निजी जानकारी और वीडियो पेमेंट के 30 दिन के अंदर मिटा दिए जाते हैं। पेमेंट का रिकॉर्ड, जो हिसाब-किताब और क़ानून के लिए चाहिए, Razorpay के पास और हमारे खातों में ज़्यादा समय तक रह सकता है।

आपके अधिकार

आप अपनी जानकारी देखने, ठीक कराने या जल्दी मिटवाने के लिए पर लिख सकते हैं। यही पता शिकायत के लिए भी है। अगर वीडियो बनने से पहले मिटवाते हैं तो वीडियो नहीं बन पाएगा और पैसा वापस होगा।

Cookies

हम कोई tracking cookie नहीं लगाते। फ़ोन में सिर्फ़ आपकी भाषा की पसंद और पिछला Order Code रहता है। अगर बाद में Meta विज्ञापन का tracking जोड़ा गया, तो यह पेज पहले बदला जाएगा।

During the preview

What you type stays on your phone. Nothing reaches us until you press the order button.

What we collect with an order

• Bride's and groom's names, date, time, venue, hosts' names
• An email address for delivery
• Your language and design choice, and when you gave consent

We do not collect photos.

What we use it for

To make, send and fix your video and to handle refunds. We don't send marketing messages.

Who can see it

• Cloudflare: hosts the website and stores orders.
• Razorpay: takes the payment. It asks for an email and phone on its own page and keeps them under its own terms. Card and UPI details do not reach us.
• Google (Gmail): your video is sent by email through it.
• The AI service: the software that handles orders sees the order details.

How long we keep it

Unpaid orders disappear within 48 hours. For paid orders, personal details and the video are deleted within 30 days of payment. Payment records needed for accounts and the law can stay longer with Razorpay and in our books.

Your rights

To see, correct or delete your details sooner, or to complain, write to . If you ask for deletion before the video is made, it can't be made and you get your money back.

Cookies

We set no tracking cookies. Your phone keeps only your language choice and your last Order Code. If Meta ad tracking is added later, this page will change first.
