पूरा ₹399 कब वापस मिलेगा
- अगर वीडियो वादे के समय तक नहीं पहुँचा। शाम 6 बजे तक के पेमेंट पर उसी दिन रात 12 बजे तक, उसके बाद के पेमेंट पर अगले दिन रात 12 बजे तक (भारतीय समय)।
- अगर 2 fixes के बाद भी वीडियो ग़लत है। ग़लत का मतलब: जो आपने लिखा या बदलने को कहा, वह वीडियो में वैसा नहीं आया।
कब नहीं मिलेगा
वीडियो समय पर मिल गया और उसमें वही है जो आपने preview में देखा, तो मन बदलने पर refund नहीं है। preview इसीलिए पैसे से पहले दिखाया जाता है।
कैसे माँगें
कब तक
हम 2 दिन के अंदर refund शुरू करते हैं। पैसा उसी खाते या UPI में लौटता है जिससे दिया था। बैंक में पहुँचने का समय Razorpay और बैंक पर निर्भर करता है।

When you get the full ₹399 back
- If the video did not arrive by the promised time. That is before midnight the same day for payments by 6 pm, and before midnight the next day for later payments (India time).
- If the video is still wrong after 2 fixes. Wrong means that what you typed or asked to change did not appear that way in the video.
When you don't
If the video arrived on time and matches the preview you watched, a change of mind does not qualify. That is why you see the preview before paying.

How long it takes
We start the refund within 2 days. The money goes back to the same account or UPI you paid from. The time it takes to reach your bank depends on Razorpay and your bank.
